Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can develop and implement business development strategies to expand our client base and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, potential clients, and partnerships.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent YOHOsys and identify new leads.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and customer feedback to adjust business development strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools.
